We are unable to provide a refund on tickets purchased.
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend a concert for which you have already purchased tickets, please feel free to forward your ticket to a friend who may attend in your absence.
Our Door Stewards match the number of tickets purchased against the email address which was used to ensure that the same email tickets cannot be used by multiple parties in attendance.

Collecting your tickets
We do not post out tickets in advance of the event.
Please print out your confirmation email and present it to the door stewards on arrival. Your tickets will be available on the door.
