Change to a Planned Diamond Jubilee Event

Dear All,

You may recall from previous Diamond Jubilee event information that we had intended to hold a 1950's Retro Social Evening on Tuesday 23 April. Changes to several circumstances have determined that it will be necessary to cancel this event, so you will hear nothing further about it.

However, the 60th Anniversary Committee have decided that at the next planned event, which is a repeat of last year's highly successful 'Accessories Evening' at Pat Rosser's home, we will adopt the retro theme.

For your diary - the Accessories Event will be held at Pat's on Friday Evening and Saturday Morning 10th & 11th May and she will be giving us more information about that as we draw nearer the date.

Following that there remains just one major choir social event, that is of course our Grand Reunion Lunch on Saturday 15th June. If you have not yet determined to come and let your Sectional Representative know can I please encourage you to do so.

We want the Reunion to really be a memorable event for present and past members of YPC, so you being there will contibute greatly to that.

Please continue to buy the Diamond Jubilee merchandise for yourself and as gifts.
