Purchasing from our Online Store

It's been brought to our attention that some of our audience members are concerned our Online Store will only allow payments through the PayPal system.

While PayPal are the provider who process all of our online payments, I want to reassure you that there is no need to sign up for a PayPal account if you prefer not to.

When you have selected your tickets for the concert you wish to attend, and are ready to proceed to check out, you will be taken to the following screen:

As you can see, on the left of the screen the only option available is PayPal, however, it shows the MasterCard, Visa, and American Expresss symbol.

Following the red arrow, if you scroll down the page and fill in your billing details, you can then proceed to the next screen.

From here you are given two choices: To log in using your PayPal account by pressing the large blue button, or to pay using your credit card without signing into PayPal.

By completing your details in the boxes below the Login button indicated by the red arrow, you can make payments without setting up a PayPal account.

Once you have keyed in your card and billing details you will be taken to a confirmation screen and should receive email confirmation that your purchase has been successful.
